Create a spreadsheet on google drive and add the KEY and LANGUAGES information.
After clicking share, in the GENERAL ACCESS option, check the option ANYONE WITH THE LINK, leave the role as READER and save.
After copying the LINK from the worksheet, in the LOCALIZATION script, create a new group and rename it as you wish. Add an item in the created group and add the copied LINK and put a name.
Click the green button to SYNCHRONIZE the worksheet.
In the Localization script, clicking on the three dots of the component, save the modified information.
